Consent to the Processing of Health Data (Art. 9 GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP / US Privacy Laws)

 

The Lunaletics app, operated by Lunaletics GmbH, can provide its core function (cycle-adapted training) only if it processes health and cycle data. Without this consent, the app cannot be used.

 

In particular, the following data are processed:

•Entered period start dates

•Duration of period and cycle (estimate and later adjustments)

•Distinction between confirmed and extrapolated cycles

•Derived information such as cycle phases, estimated ovulation date, and energy level derived from the phase

•Self-assessed fitness level

•Strength levels per movement group

•Health-related workout types (e.g. period pain relief)

•Training and activity history insofar as it is used to adapt training to your cycle

 

These are special categories of personal data under Article 9(1) GDPR and the corresponding laws of the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and—where applicable—certain U.S. states.

 

Your data will only be used for the following purposes:

•Creating and displaying your cycle and training profile

•Adapting training content to your cycle phase and fitness and strength level

•Storing and evaluating your history (trend analyses)

 

Recipients and third countries:

The data are stored on our behalf by Supabase (servers in the EU; the provider is established in Singapore). For error analysis, crash screenshots may be sent to Sentry. Text and images in those screenshots are automatically masked so that health and cycle data are not recognizable. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

 

I hereby give my explicit consent for Lunaletics GmbH to process my health data for the purposes described above.

 

This consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Because the app cannot function without these data, withdrawal is effected by deleting your user account in the app or by contacting info@lunaletics.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
